Most of what a sedan does is invisible when it goes right. That is the whole product, and it is worth more on a six o’clock departure than any amount of interior trim.

When to size up
Three passengers with three large cases is the honest limit. If there is a fourth person, or the cases are the kind you check for a two-week trip, the SUV tier costs a little more and removes the problem entirely.
