When you request a quote or contact us — by phone, text message, email or the form on this site — we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, organization, trip dates and trip details. When you call or text us, we keep normal records of that correspondence. Our web servers keep standard technical logs (IP address, pages requested) used only to operate and secure the site.

How we use your information

We use your information to prepare quotes, schedule and operate trips, send booking confirmations and trip updates, invoice for services, and respond to your questions. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Text messaging (SMS) program

Monument Coach offers conversational text messaging to answer questions and support customers — quotes, booking confirmations and trip status updates. You opt in by texting us first or by providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form. Message frequency varies with your trip activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Text STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance.

Data sharing

Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of personal information, and only authorized personnel and service providers may access data as necessary to operate our business.

We share information only with service providers as necessary to operate the business — for example our telephone and messaging carrier, payment processor and email provider — and only for that purpose, or where disclosure is required by law.

Monument Coach Messaging Terms and Conditions

The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Retention and security

We keep trip and correspondence records as long as needed for operations, accounting and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them. Access is limited to people who need it to serve you.
