MONUMENT COACH
Executive Motorcoach

Executive Motorcoach — Up to 56 passengers

The highway coach. Reclining seats, deep underfloor bays and a restroom aboard — the tier you want when the drive is measured in hours rather than minutes.

The difference between this and the shuttle coach is not really the seat count, it is the journey. A shuttle coach is built for the hop between a hotel and a venue. A motorcoach is built for the run to New York, Gettysburg, the Outer Banks or a multi-day tour, where reclining seats and a restroom stop being luxuries and start being the reason nobody complains at hour three.

What it is booked for

  • Long-distance charter out of the corridor — New York, Philadelphia, the Outer Banks, the Shenandoah
  • Multi-day tours, including church and community group travel
  • Large wedding blocks where every guest and their luggage travels at once
  • Team, crew and student travel where the drive is part of the day

The luggage advantage

This is the only tier where a full case per passenger is realistic. If your group is flying in, cruising out of Baltimore, or away for several days, the underfloor bays are usually the deciding factor rather than the seat count.

Questions

Answered Before You Ask

How much does a 56 passenger charter bus cost?
Hourly with a minimum for local work, and day-rate for long-distance charter. We quote all-in and firm at booking, including driver hours and tolls, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Does the motorcoach have a restroom?
Yes. That is one of the main reasons to choose this tier over the shuttle coach, and it is what makes a three-hour run comfortable rather than merely survivable.
Can it go out of state?
Yes. Long-distance charter is what this vehicle is for, and we run regularly to New York, Philadelphia and the Carolinas. Multi-day trips include driver accommodation in the quote.
What is the difference between a motorcoach and a shuttle coach?
Distance. The shuttle coach is built for short hops between a hotel and a venue. The motorcoach has reclining seats, deep underfloor bays and a restroom, which is what a long run actually needs.

Tell us the date and the headcount. We’ll confirm the vehicle in writing.
