Clubs Aboard, Everyone Arrives Together

A corporate golf day works when the group arrives as a group, the tee time holds, and nobody spends the nineteenth hole worrying about the drive home. A chartered vehicle handles all three.

Golf outings are fussier logistically than they look. Bags have to travel, tee times are unforgiving, the good clubs sit forty minutes from the office in different directions, and the day traditionally ends at a bar. Split the group across private cars and you get stragglers at the first tee and an awkward conversation at the last.

What the day looks like

  • Morning pickup from the office or hotel, timed backwards from the first tee with a real margin
  • Bags and clubs in the luggage bay rather than on laps
  • The driver stays with the vehicle through the round, or returns at the agreed time
  • The return run after scoring and the bar, with nobody making a judgement call about driving

Where we run

  • Maryland — the Baltimore and Montgomery County clubs, and the Eastern Shore for a longer day
  • Virginia — Loudoun, Fairfax and the Northern Virginia club circuit
  • Charity scrambles and member-guest days, where a loop between the car park and the clubhouse is often the real ask

Details that matter

  • Luggage capacity checked against the headcount before we quote — a full complement of golfers with bags is a mini coach, not a van
  • Firm all-in pricing, so it lands cleanly on the event budget
  • One invoice, NET-30 for corporate accounts
Questions

Answered Before You Ask

Will the clubs fit?
That is the question we ask before quoting. A dozen golfers with full bags needs a mini coach rather than a van, and we would rather size it correctly than watch bags ride on laps.
Does the driver wait during the round?
Usually yes for a single round, because the return trip costs about what waiting costs. For a full day with a long lunch we will price both and tell you which is less.
Can you shuttle between the car park and the clubhouse?
Yes. That is a common ask for charity scrambles and member-guest days at clubs where parking is a walk, and it runs as a short continuous loop.
Do you run early tee times?
Yes. We time the pickup backwards from the tee with a genuine margin, because a missed tee time cannot be recovered.

Give us the club and the tee time. We’ll work backwards.
